A report by The Indian Express has highlighted internal disagreements within the Election Commission of India over several electoral processes during the past 10 months. According to the report, Election Commissioners Sukhbir Singh Sandhu and Vivek Joshi raised 14 written objections on various issues involving the Special Intensive Revision (SIR), Form 6, electoral databases, voter-list procedures and election-related IT systems. The report also states that some concerns were communicated to the Cabinet Secretary.
